Junior Sophia Reynolds is Co Editor in Chief for the Raider Review, she is a returning writer with having been Sports Editor her Sophomore year. Sophia enjoys topics relating to literature so she thought that journalism would help improve her writing skills. Sophia’s goal in journalism has always remained the same; to write and put out good stories. She in interested in world news with an emphasis on news in Arab/Muslim-oriented nations since she herself is Moroccan, another topic is school sports stories and sports in general that she has an interest in. 

Although Sophia enjoys writing, she loves playing sports. Among her favorites is volleyball. Sophia is currently on Eleanor Roosevelt’s Varsity volleyball team and hopes for a great season this year, in addition, she plays outside of school regularly. Sophia also enjoys being with her friends and going out with them in addition to going out in general. She also enjoys watching shows and movies with her favorite movie being LaLa Land.

So far, Sophia Reynolds has no specific ideas for what she wishes her future career to be as she says there are “too many options and ways to get there,” Sophia has had many ideas and is working towards picking the best one for her.
