Mercy Tazi

Mercy Tazi

Mercy Tazi is an eager, wacky, fun girl in her junior year of high school. Her life consists of having high passions for informative and dramatic texts found in the world. In most of her free time, she tends to find herself watching Reality TV or taking a break to sleep to pink noise. Mercy has joined journalism because of her interests in being a source of help (academically) and to help her peers. Mercy’s goal for writing is to inform the readers, offering inspiration and breakdowns towards harder topics. In particular, she loves studying psychology and tends to analyze the behavior of students in both school and their social lives.  Anything major that comes out of her observations will be discussed by her. Her dream in the future is to become a cosmetic chemist because she believes the skin should glow to enhance natural beauties.

Often, she makes an effort to participate in STEM related activities that will help boost her knowledge and future major in science. She always tries to keep a positive outlook and be up to date with all assignments and news from her teachers. Journalism is a way for Mercy to be highly attuned with the social aspect of her life and “give back” to her overall community while being socially entwined. The Raider Review helps start the basework in a quiet and calm environment, which helps boost her productivity and the motivation to write more!
