Erick Carrillo, Business Manager
Erick Carrillo is a junior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Carrillo is currently the Business Manager for the newspaper. He says that the business part of journalism to him is the most important part of journalism because without money nothing can be accomplished. He is also a dedicated person who is not shy. He never holds back when it comes to collecting money, and he is dedicated to funding the paper independently so that students can continue to report the news freely and without the oversight of receiving funding from a source that might attempt to control their views.
Carrillo enjoy being ahead of the game. He likes to be on time and when it comes down to working with a team he enjoys being a leader and making sure everything is right - he does not like mistakes. To him being organized is important because if a person is not organized then they cannot be responsible or dependable.
