Born in DC and raised in Maryland, Quadir Gillette is a staff writer with the Raider Review. Having been a student at Eleanor Roosevelt High and Greenbelt Middle School, Quadir has been interested in the events, local businesses, and people that make this city so great. Quadir plans to create a series of articles involving individuals and businesses in Greenbelt.

Other than Maryland, he has an interest in the culture of Eleanor Roosevelt itself, it’s thriving school community and active clubs. He is determined to use journalism to bolster the Roosevelt Community and bring awareness to local events.
