Nancy Vu, Co-Editor-in-Chief
Co-Editor-in-Chief Nancy Vu is a senior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School and an aspiring student journalist who is fully dedicated to becoming successful in the journalism field. During her junior year, she was the co-managing editor for the Raider Review, where she helped edit students’ articles and aided in producing the print version of the newspaper. Since becoming a member of the newspaper as a freshman, she has been devoted her time and energy into writing articles that promote the student body’s voices and advocate truth. She believes that journalism is a way to connect people to current events, and to bring people together in times of crisis and celebration.
Motivated by her love for reading and writing, she looks for ways to improve her writing skills any way that she can. Her other interests include writing poetry, bopping along to hip-hop and R&B, and attending art shows. Her plans after high school include attending college (preferably New York University, University of Maryland, or Emerson University) and majoring in journalism while minoring in political science.
