The ERHS boys lacrosse team has had an impressive season, with more games to come! The team defeated Flowers with a score of 10–6, as well as Bladensburg with a dominant score of 21–0. We can confidently say the team is moving forward strongly. The coach, players, and school await more big results with confidence, looking forward to many more great plays to come.
Owen Hebert, a 10th grader, shared,”The players, after a tough loss [against Macnamara], will be able to bounce back and get the next few wins.”Hebert believes that the team can play through current challenges, such as injuries. While ERHS lacrosse has faced ups and downs in recent years, everyone remains highly confident in securing big wins, keeping a strong record, and maintaining a high standard. This is especially true after away wins against Parkdale (15–2), Frederick Douglass (13–2), and Wise on the 16th. Suffice to say, the Raider lacrosse team is ready for its upcoming tougher matchups.
