Here at ERHS we have an abundance of sports teams and clubs with lots of fun opportunities. We have had many student athletes go to college and play on the collegiate level every year with full ride scholarships. We have had and still do currently have former players playing for the pros and making money playing sports that they love. Playing sports in high school helps you develop physical and mental skills, meet new people and make new friends, and can even shape the rest of your life or college path.

Playing a sport like this is not only a beneficial physical activity but it allows me to connect with my school community in many ways. Playing this sport has helped me develop myself and so many other skills.” Zuniga and Kuridom both stated that they wouldn’t want to go through high school without sports as it wouldn’t be as fulfilling and it wouldn’t benefit them the way playing sports do. Not only is it beneficial to play these sports but also to watch them. ERHS sporting events bring many spectators who like to watch sports and competitive events.
