Ante Rosales, Layout Editor
Ante Rosales, a senior at Eleanor Roosevelt high school, has been the Layout Editor at The Raider Review since his move from Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan.
He is responsible for creating the layout for the print editions of the Raider Review as well as various graphics. While in Japan, he was a student journalist for the award winning Samur-Eye Newspaper of Matthew C. Perry High School. As a 10th grader, he was a co-editor then a head editor in 11th. A great influence on his participation in journalism comes from his sister who was also the head editor for the Samur- Eye.
At the 2014 Far East Journalism Conference held in Tokyo, Rosales individually won gold for best newspaper layout while his team won best newspaper at the conference. After graduation, he hopes to major in Mechanical Engineering.
